Blair Adamson

Blair Adamson graduated with a Bachelor in Architecture from Queen’s University, Belfast in 1999.


Blair worked for a number of architectural companies in Ireland and the UK before opening his own practice, Blair Adamson and Associates, in Athlone in 2004. In this time Blair has worked on a broad range of both public and private sector projects including;

  1. • Schools

  2. • Offices

  3. • Commercial

  4. • Industrial and

  5. • Residential developments


Following a number of successful collaborations his company merged with SMG Doyle King in October 2006 with a view towards developing a multi-disciplinary practice.   Blair now heads the architectural department with Franco Magliocco at MMKDA.
